Ever wondered what makes muscles become cramped, chapped lips and dry eyes? Actually your body shows symptoms common to inform what happens in our bodies. What are the symptoms, and how do I fix this?
- Symptoms: Muscle cramps.
Problem: We wake up middle of the night with muscle cramps in the calves.
Common causes: Dehydration or not active enough.

Common causes: Dust, staring at a computer, stress.

Note: In some rare cases, dry eye when indicating an autoimmune disorder (autoimmune loss).
- Symptoms: dry mouth
Problem: no matter how much we use lip balm, lip seems split and bleed.
Common causes: Too often lick the lips or a cold and dry environment.
What to do: Drink a lot of white water, and if possible use the tool air moisturizer (humifidier).Use lip balm with vitamin E is able to moisten.
Note: Dry mouth may be due to fungal infection.
- Symptom: Sweat night
Problem: up at midnight with sweat clothes and bed sheets.
